I cannot believe it either...
but I made more soup! This is from the new Rachael Ray cookbook, Just in Time, but I found it online so I feel safe posting it here. Harvest Creamy Corn Choup. I subscribe to her mag, and I watch the show on occasion so I have to be honest, I was a bit surprised to recognize some of the recipes I already had/or have seen, in the new cookbook. Not like it had a banner that said: all new recipes or anything, I guess I just assumed they were. Not dissing my girl though, I am a pretty big fan. This soup is super tasty. My only tip? Get the bacon super crisp before moving on, mine is soggy now but the flavor is yum-o!
