I have just very recently acquired a taste for guacomole, due in large part, to my sister in law Lisa, who has been whipping up a variation of this
Tyler Florence recipe. This week, I have made two batches myself. I followed Lisa's lead and kept it really basic so I used avocado, lime juice, red onion, tomato and salt and pepper. I am sure the other ingredients are good as well, but right now, I don't want to mess with what I know I love.
How do you make guacomole??
