I dismantled this window which was previously blue and had a mirror behind the panes. Yesterday, I spray painted it white, roughed it up with a bit of sand paper and...
placed 4 coordinating fabrics in each pane. I need to find a 16x20 piece of glass to cover it but I could not wait to assemble it, so I did. I am really loving these Nicey Jane fabrics which have been the inspiration for most of the bedroom decor.
This week I completed my second pillow sham successfully (also from Nicey Jane).
And up next will be a cushion for my new bench, throw pillows and who knows what else.
Looking forward to dinner tonight with my Mom and sister. I cannot remember when only the 3 of us last went out together. It should be fun.

Great idea for the window and I love the pillows. Very pretty fabric.
I really like them. I agree, the fabrics are really pretty. Did you use a pattern for the sham or just wing it? I need to make some myself . . .
We love the window and your darling blog. Keep up the fantastic work- we look forward to seeing more from you in the future.

Thanks for this great idea! I have the identical piece with the mirror behind that panes.
I think I will use some great fabric and then look into using something to make it into a memo board to tack messages on.
Great job!

Lovely! Now, I need a window...
I love the fabric you used. This caught my eye at Today's Creative Blog because I turned a similar frame FROM fabric into a memo board. I am a sucker for fabric and yours was just so pretty, I had to take a peek!
Your shams are gorgeous Tracy!
